PTO and 6 paid holidays per year Welcome Home Adultcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate caregiver to support residents with daily care needs in a respectful, safe, and home-like environment. We are looking for someone dependable, caring, and skilled in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), who can help residents maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Responsibilities ADL assistance : Showering, toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support, hoyerlift assistance if required Daily routines : Helping residents with activities and maintaining comfort Care coordination : Communicating with doctors, physical therapy, home health providers, and other professionals Medication management : Ordering, refilling, documenting, and administering medications per care plans Resident monitoring : Observing changes and reporting concerns promptly Environment upkeep : Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable living space Respect and dignity : Supporting independence and privacy at all times Requirements Prior caregiving experience required (minimum 1 year preferred) Adult care home-specific experience strongly preferred Completion of certified required trainings (additional record-based trainings required) Strong communication and documentation skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working with elderly residents and those needing higher levels of care Ability to communicate professionally with families, doctors, home health, PT, and pharmacy providers Must be available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-4:30 PM Resident Care Manager Opportunity Qualified candidates may start at $21.00 per hour, which includes an additional $2.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
