Compassionate Caregivers We are on the lookout for dependable, respectful, and empathetic caregivers to join our team. If you possess a friendly demeanor and a genuine passion for assisting individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

As a caregiver at Greenridge Estates, your primary duty will be to provide comprehensive support to our residents with their ADLs. These tasks encompass but are not limited to aiding with dressing/undressing, managing personal laundry, providing gentle reminders, conducting safety checks, assisting with restroom use, attending to personal hygiene needs, facilitating showers, and executing resident transfers. Additionally, caregivers must be prepared to assist residents during emergencies, including the safe evacuation of the community.

Compensation and Benefits:

At Greenridge Estates, we believe in rewarding our team members for their dedication and expertise. Total compensation is made up of a competitive base wage, with additional pay earned from shift differentials and premiums for CNA/CMA certifications. Minimum Requirements:

Proficiency in spoken and written English. Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekend shifts. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, assist with resident transfers, stand for extended periods (80% or more of shifts), and promptly respond to resident and emergency needs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
