JOB DUTIES

' Companionship and emotional support ' Light housekeeping and meal preparation ' Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene ' Medication reminders ' Errands and transportation to appointments ' Mobility assistance and transfers (within Oregon state guidelines) ' Following each client's Plan of Care ' Reporting changes in client condition to the care team
