On a daily basis you'll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments. Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences and preferred routines Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's day Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter Demonstrate organizational skills around time management Promote the mission, values and beliefs of
