Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those requiring care and support. We are looking for caregivers for all shifts.Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide direct support and companionship to individuals in various settings including assisted living facilities
- Assist with eating as necessary
- Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are respected at all times
- Implement behavior management techniques when needed
- Offer emotional support to individuals and their families
Skills:
- Proficiency in first aid procedures
- Experience in direct patient care and support/ Will train
- Knowledge of ADLs and assisting individuals with daily tasks
- Familiarity with assisted living environments and resident care practices
