Job Description

Heritage Heights Senior Living, located in Oregon City, Oregon, is locally owned and operated. This 75-unit community consists of both independent and assisted living options, providing residents with a comfortable and supportive environment. Our team is looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. At Heritage Heights, you'll work in a warm, family-like setting with a strong sense of community and long-standing staff. Employees enjoy a collaborative environment where every role plays an important part in enriching the lives of our residents. Caregivers provide a variety of services to our residents include: Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility, toileting, and other personal care needs. Provide companionship and emotional support. Be able to communicate effectively with residents, family members, team members, and visitors. Help residents with light housekeeping and meal assistance.
Qualifications:
Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required Reliable, patient, and compassionate Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Pay:
Starting at$17/hr+ (based on experience) $1/hr overnight differential for hours worked between 10:00 PM

Day Shift 6AM
  • 2PM Swing Shift 2PM
  • 10PM Overnight (Noc) Shift 10PM
