  • Full-time Job description: About us Our mental health residential facility is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can embark on a journey of healing, recovery, and personal growth.

Currently, we are hiring for different shifts as our organization grows. We have weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, and both part-time and full-time positions available.

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Care Staff. As a Direct Care Staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with diverse needs and disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.
Duties:
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Facilitate community engagement and social activities
  • Administer medication under supervision
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
Requirements:
  • Experience or knowledge in Residential Treatment, working with people with a mental illness, and assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) is preferred, but not required.
  • A Valid State-Issued Drivers license is required.
  • Understanding of resident rights
  • Previous experience in mental health, caregiving, hospice care, or direct support is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide client-centered care with empathy and respect.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to pass a background check is required.
