We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you care for, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a nurturing attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive environment. Help residents with mobility and physical exercises, including heavy lifting when necessary. Maintain a safe living environment. Support individuals with dementia/Alzheimer's by providing direct support tailored to their unique needs Maintain cleanliness and organization in the home or care facility. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members Document care provided and report any changes in resident condition or behavior. Skills Experience in caregiving or home care is preferred but not required. Knowledge of vital signs monitoring techniques is beneficial. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively. Familiarity with first aid procedures and emergency response protocols. Experience working with individuals with dementia/Alzheimer's/disabilities is highly valued. Cooking skills to prepare nutritious meals for residents are a plus. Previous experience in group home settings or direct support roles is advantageous. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
