REQUIREMENTS
  • One year experience as a caregiver required
  • Minimum 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
  • Commute within Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas and Yamhill counties
  • must be willing to commit 10
  • 25-mile/per shift/per client
  • Valid driver license
  • Reliable personal vehicle with valid car insurance
  • Mobile/Cell phone
  • Communicate well in English
  • speak, read and write
  • This employer will perform a state and federal background check
PREFERENCES
  • Two years' experience as a caregiver
JOB DUTIES
Provide personal care services to clients as identified per agency policies and procedures and assist with activities of daily living. Situations can vary based on the Individual Service Plan (ISP) of the client(s).
  • Assistance with personal care and hygiene (bathing)
  • Support with mobility

  • Doing errands and transportation
  • Meal preparation
  • Companionship
  • Other responsibilities including life enrichment HOURS
