Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers. High Retention Rate Low turnover 1 Person Assist with care Close to bus stop

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist residnets with activities of daily living (ADLs) as stated in each individual care plan. Effectively works within the professional scope of practice per state laws, regulations, and professional standards. Respond to resident needs, pendant calls, and other community alarms in a timely manner. Demonstrates empathy and develops caring rapport with residents. Promotes resident independence and self-care. Treat self and other members of your team with kindness and respect. Maintains accurate and complete records of care delivered. Recognizes, responds to, and, reports concerns in resident's environment to ensure the safety and comfort of resident. Demonstrates behavior, that maintains and respects resident rights and promotes independence, regardless of race, religion, lifestyle, sexual preference, and disease process.

Requirements:

Committed to health & safety Strong communication and people skills A postive and compassionate attitude CPR certfied High school diploma or quivalent.
