JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide personal care: assistance with personal care (ADL's) such as bathing, hygeine, dressing, grooming, denture care, toileting, mobility, appointment arranging, etc.

Provide housekeeping:

assistance with housekeeping (IADL's) such as light housework, laundry, grocery/clothing shopping, prescription pickup, meal preparation, etc. Provide medication services and nursing services (as authorized) in the client's home with nurse assistance and full training. Provide or arrange social interactions for client well-being. Follows the provided plan of care and service plan to ensure safe, competent care to the client.

RATE OF PAY

$20 - $24 per hour (experience dependent) $3 shift differential for weekend shifts
