Caregiver Swing Shift PT (HW)

Heartwood Place is hiring for Caregivers Must be 18 years old to apply. Will Provide Training. Heartwood Place believes that happy residents are achieved by a team of happy employees.

JOB DUTIES

• Aiding all activities of daily of living for all residents and behavior management for seniors with dementia.
• Provide direct care to residents with utmost respect and dignity.
• Recognize and meet residents' needs while simultaneously encouraging independence.
• Uphold a safe home-like setting. This includes assisting our seniors with activities of daily living (i.e., dressing, bathing, grooming and other personal care needs).
• Residents are also assisted by caregivers with purposeful tasks such as socializing, cleaning, arts and crafts, and more.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Prefer one to five years experience.
• You're able to complete CPR and First Aid certifications.
• You're reliable and prompt and are comfortable interacting with the public, visitors, residents, and other staff with tact.
• Frequent lifting requirement of 20 lbs.
