Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team immediately! In this vital role, you will provide exceptional personal are to individuals in a home care environment. Your energy and enthusiasm will help enhance the quality of life for patients, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and valued every day. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference. •Must have one of the following TB tests in order to start: a. Quantiferon Gold Blood Test b. 2-Step PPD Duties Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and errands Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, hygiene) Perform non-medical home care services Provide companionship and social support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control practices, cleaning routines, and safety protocols in accordance with healthcare standards Document care activities thoroughly in compliance with facility policies and state regulations Qualifications Prior experience in home care/caregiver highly preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments Strong communication skills with a caring attitude towards patients and their families Join us if you're passionate about caregiving!
