Direct Care Worker

Home Direct Care Workers (Caregiver) -

Flexible Schedule Job Summary:

We are hiring compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide non-medical home care services to clients in their homes. Ideal candidates are dependable and passionate about helping others.

Responsibilities:

Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Provide companionship and emotional support Meal preparation and light housekeeping Assist with mobility and transfers Medication reminders Report changes in client condition

Requirements:

Caregiving or direct care experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be dependable and professional Must obtain required background checks and clearances Reliable transportation preferred

Pay & Schedule:

Competitive pay (based on experience) Flexible scheduling available

Clearance Requirement:

Direct Care Workers are responsible for obtaining all required clearances, including background checks and state-required screenings. Employees will be reimbursed after their first paycheck. Once all required documents and clearances are completed, we will move forward with the next step in the hiring process.
