Home Care Coordinator / Scheduler -
Blue Bell, PA Compensation:
$47,000 - $53,000 per year Are you an organized, compassionate professional committed to exceptional customer service? Our team is growing and Griswold Home Care is seeking a Home Care Coordinator / Scheduler to join our Montgomery County office. If you're passionate about supporting caregivers and clients while providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you! About Griswold Home Care For over 40 years, Griswold has been dedicated to helping individuals live independently with dignity and peace of mind. What You'll Do In this vital office-based role, you will: Match caregivers with clients to ensure the highest standards of care. Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts to meet client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and care staff. Conduct retention visits to support smooth client-caregiver transitions. Manage billing and payroll processes on a weekly basis. Perform client assessments to understand individual care needs. Support our diverse client and caregiver base with professionalism and empathy. Participate in a on-call rotation.

Associate degree in Human Services or related field (preferred, not required). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills. Valid driver's license and current car insurance. Excellent phone presence, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. A passion for helping others and supporting caregivers.
