In this vital role, you will foster a safe, nurturing environment while promoting independence and well-being. Duties Provide attentive care to children, infants, and toddlers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and engagement throughout the day Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and dressing for infants and young children Support individuals with disabilities by helping with mobility, personal hygiene, and daily activities in a respectful and encouraging manner Implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, learning, and social skills Maintain a clean and organized environment in accordance with safety standards and care protocols Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding daily progress, milestones, or concerns Apply first aid when necessary and follow all health and safety guidelines diligently Skills Proven experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying or early childhood education with classroom or daycare experience preferred Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques Ability to work effectively with children of various ages including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children Familiarity with first aid procedures and working with individuals with disabilities Excellent teaching skills to foster learning through play and structured activities Compassionate caregiver with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs while maintaining professionalism and safety standards Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children thrive and individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve!
