Job Description
Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing living spaces. Provide transportation and accompaniment to appointments, errands, grocery shopping, and community activities. Support clients with mobility, ambulation, transfers, and fall-prevention measures. Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care. Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful social engagement. Remind clients to take medications as directed and observe for any changes in condition. Follow individualized care plans and communicate client needs or concerns to the care team. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients. Document services provided and report any significant changes in client health or well-being. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance. Ability to work independently while providing compassionate and professional care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, patient, and committed to serving others. Home care, caregiving, healthcare, or related experience is a plus, but not required. Must be willing to complete required training and follow company policies and procedures.
