Personal Care Aide - All Shifts Available 38967-CR(PCA) Personal Care and Assisted Living Facility (Fayetteville, PA) Join Our Team as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) We are looking for kind and caring people to help others with daily tasks like eating, dressing, and moving around. You'll make sure they are safe, comfortable, and able to do as much as they can on their own. If you enjoy helping people and want to make a difference, this job is for you!

Med Tech Training Qualifications:
At Paramount Senior Living, we provide a pathway to grow within the organization. After successfully completing the initial 90-day period and meeting specific criteria, you will have the opportunity to be considered for the Medication Technician (Med Tech) role. During this probationary period, you will receive comprehensive training and guidance to excel in both nursing assistant and medication administration responsibilities. Upon meeting the established criteria, including but not limited to competency assessments and adherence to company policies, you will be eligible for consideration for the Med Tech position.
