Job Description

Resident Assistant:
Pay up to $19.70 per hour with shift differentials. Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Resident Assistant to join our care team. In this role, you will support licensed nursing staff by providing high-quality, hands-on care to residents, assisting with both Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). Your work will directly impact residents' comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Shift:
Full Time and Part time schedules available Day Shift
  • 7:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM Evening Shift
  • 3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM Key Responsibilities Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with eating, mobility, bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene Support IADLs such as laundry, room upkeep, linen changes, and transporting residents to activities Respond promptly to call bells (within 4 minutes), ensuring resident needs are prioritized and addressed respectfully Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the Charge Nurse in a timely manner Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents Follow infection control protocols, including proper hand hygiene and use of PPE Uphold resident rights and protect against abuse by recognizing and reporting concerns immediately Ensure compliance with HIPAA, facility policies, and all state and federal regulations Qualifications Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented attitude High school diploma, GED, or active status on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry Must be at least 18 years old Physically and mentally capable of safely providing resident care Strong communication and customer service skills Why Join Us?
