See below more details Responsibilities Provide one-on-one supervision and support in the home and community Assist with after-school routines, homework support, and structured play Implement behavior support strategies and reinforcement plans Encourage positive coping skills and emotional regulation Support social skill development and appropriate peer interactions Ensure safety at all times Communicate consistently with parents regarding progress and concerns Assist with light child-related tasks as needed Ideal Candidate Experience working with children with behavioral or emotional challenges preferred Calm, patient, and emotionally regulated under stress Skilled in de-escalation techniques and positive behavior supports Consistent, reliable, and punctual Energetic and able to engage in active play CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Valid driver's license (preferred, if community outings are included) We value our team members and realize the importance of benefits for you and your family.
