Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to individuals of all ages, including children, toddlers, infants, and those with disabilities. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children, including toddlers and infants, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and diapering for infants and young children Support early childhood development by engaging in educational activities, playtime, and age-appropriate learning experiences Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions and emotional well-being Administer first aid when necessary and follow safety protocols to handle emergencies effectively Collaborate with families or guardians to understand individual needs and preferences for care plans Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards in daycare or home settings Qualifications Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities in childcare, daycare, babysitting, or classroom settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hiring) Strong communication skills with the ability to teach and guide children effectively Demonstrated patience, compassion, and a positive attitude toward caregiving roles Ability to manage behavior constructively while fostering a nurturing environment Experience with toddler care, infant care, childcare routines, and classroom experience is highly desirable Join us as a Caregiver if you're passionate about supporting growth and development through energetic engagement and dedicated care.
