CLIENT'S

HOURLY COMPENSATION RATE & AVAILABLE HOURS

• Up to $18/hr. compensation depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
• 2nd shifts (3p-11p) available Weekdays and Weekends.
• PRN work or steady schedules.
• Some assignments ongoing and client temp-to-perm negotiable!

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY

• Provide compassion and emotional support to adult residents with behavioral health challenges, brain and spinal cord injury
• Ensuring all activities are designed and implemented with a goal of individual growth.
• Assist residents with tasks they are unable to perform for themselves such as: meal preparation, cooking, bathing, dressing and light housekeeping, monitoring and redirecting residents, as needed.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
• At least 1 year paid experience providing direct care
• Low, Mid and High functioning Consumers.
• Ability to complete and/or produce requested clearances (i.e. Physical/TB screening, CPR/First Aid, PA State criminal Background, etc.) Don't have the credentials needed? Ask how we can assist

• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
