Document care activities accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and update care plans as needed. Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship to foster emotional well-being. Skills Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly valued. Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, memory care, dementia management, and hospice support enhances your ability to serve residents effectively. Strong understanding of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient confidentiality standards.
