Job Description

Direct Caregiver Job Summary:
At NuChoice Health Partners, we are dedicated to providing exceptional home care services to our valued clients in Grove City, PA and surrounding areas. As a Direct Caregiver with our team, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a caring and trustworthy individual to join our team of Care Providers and provide companionship, meal preparation, laundry, bed baths, and medication reminders to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, games, and outings Assist with meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry Provide bed baths, incontinence care, and personal hygiene assistance Remind clients to take medication as scheduled Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the Care Team Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided Collaborate with other Care Providers and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions Demonstrate sensitivity, compassion, and respect for clients' dignity and privacy
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required 0 years of experience in the healthcare industry (training provided) Ability to lift 50 pounds or more, with or without assistance Must be able to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable) Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications
