Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability Medication Reminders Support residents during meal preparation, feeding assistance, and ensuring proper nutrition intake Utilize equipment like Hoyer lifts safely to assist with transfers and prevent injury Light housekeeping such as cleaning resident areas and ensuring infection control st Document care activities thoroughly in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
