Job Description

Overview Join our compassionate team as a Caregiver, where your dedication and nurturing spirit will make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with special needs. In this vital role, you will provide attentive, personalized care that promotes growth, safety, and happiness. Whether working with infants, toddlers, or children with disabilities, you'll create a warm, engaging environment that fosters development and well-being. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to support families and contribute to early childhood education and caregiving excellence. Duties Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and dressing in accordance with individual needs Support early childhood development through age-appropriate activities, play, and educational exercises Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive social interactions and emotional regulation Collaborate with families and team members to develop personalized care plans that meet each child's unique requirements Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures Engage in ongoing training related to first aid, childhood development, classroom experience, and working with individuals with disabilities Requirements Prior experience in childcare, daycare, babysitting, nannying or early childhood education is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques Certification or training in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons or weekends as needed Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children thrive!
