Home Health Caregiver

Overview We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior Help with light housekeeping tasks Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed Requirements Experience or certification in home care, nursing, or a related field is preferred Knowledge of dementia care and experience working with seniors Ability to assist with vital signs monitoring and medication administration Understanding of long-term care practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient demeanor
