We believe in developing our employees and love to promote them from within. About the PCA job Our Personal Care Aide's assists residents with their ADL's. Responsibilities include assisting residents with showering, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, laundry, and transportation to/from the dining room. PCA's will assist with daily activities and enrich the lives of our wonderful residents! After 90 days, if interested, we may train you to become a CMT. Certified Med Techs and CNAs are encouraged to apply!!!!! We are currently looking for the following positions. 3rd shift PCA Part time 11:00pm-7:30am Weekly pay checks! Paid Time Off (for both part time and full-time employees) 401k plan with company match! (for both part time and full-time employees) Requirements High school diploma or GED required ( Must show proof ) No experience required! We are willing to train you to be a great caregiver! Flexibility to work every other weekend and every other holiday is a must.
