Shift Personal Care Aide Part Time or Full Time Time:

6am-2pm EERC is a Personal Care Community located at 1300 E King St, Lancaster

Applicant must hold a current Pennsylvania Direct Care Certification Direct Care training and Competency test- http://services.dpw.state.pa.us/pch_comptest/ Job Responsibilities include Assisting & monitoring residents of various levels of need with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, hygiene and toiletry needs Conducting rounds to check on resident needs Following direction of supervisors and working as a member of a care team Participating in the development of resident care plans Assisting residents to doctors' appointments Additional Skills required Must have current Direct Care certification or CNA certification HS Diploma or GED is required CPR/First Aid Certification (can recertify on-site at Evergreen Estates) Proficient communication skills Ability to work with a team of caregivers High standards of ethics and personal accountability Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs routinely Positive attitude Applicants must have reliable transportation. All applicants will be required to pass background check and drug-screen. 1-year of direct care/caregiver experience preferred, but willing to work with the right applicant.
