Brethren Village Retirement Community, in Lititz, PA, is seeking a qualified RN Clinical Care Coordinator for our Personal Care and Memory Support areas. Brethren Village's RN Care Coordinators are eligible for competitive pay rates starting at $44.00, and generous shift differentials ($3.00 extra per hour on the evening shift, $2.00 extra per hour on the night shift, plus $1.00 extra per hour on weekends), plus an overtime premium if working over 40 hours in a week. The RN Clinical Care Coordinator works collaboratively with the Director of Nursing, LPN's, and Personal Care Aides to monitor and manage Residents' care needs; update Residents' plans of care; provide leadership, oversight, and guidance for assigned staff; and provide direct patient care. Brethren Village RN Care Coordinators have the opportunity to establish supportive relationships with our Residents; receive on-going clinical skills training; and receive mentoring and guidance from the Director of Nursing. This is a great professional development opportunity for a qualified RN with leadership experience. Current Available Work Schedule Full-time, benefits-eligible, 40 hours per week: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. or similar hours, Monday through Friday; some weekends may be required; occasional evening and overnight hours may be required
