New Brighton Personal Care Home is currently seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team! We are hiring for the following full-time positions: Personal Care Aide / Med Tech (Certification a Plus)
Shift:
3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM (Swing Shift)
Personal Care Aide Shift:
11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM (Overnight Shift) Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive, home-like environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) Provide companionship and emotional support Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions Administer medications (for Med Tech role, if certified) Maintain a clean and safe environment Follow all facility policies and state regulations
Qualifications:
Personal Care Aide experience preferred Med Tech certification is a plus (for 3-11 PM shift) Compassionate, dependable, and patient Ability to work as part of a team Strong communication skills
