Job Description

Join Our Team as a Community Care Aide in Lower Burrell! Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in your community. As a Community Care Aide, you'll support adults aged 55+ in maintaining their independence by providing compassionate, in-home assistance with daily living activities. Your care helps participants live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Responsibilities include:
Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) Meal preparation and feeding Light housekeeping Occasional support in our day center

High School Diploma or GED At least 12 months of experience caring for frail or elderly individuals Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation
