POSITION DESCRIPTION

The primary purpose of the position is to provide your assigned residents with routine daily assistance. Our low staff-to-resident ratio reduces staff fatigue and allows you to connect with seniors on a personal level and make a positive impact on their day-to-day health and well-being.
