The Schedule:
We are currently hiring for 4-hour daily shifts (Monday-Friday) 4:00 PM-8:00 PM. This is perfect for those who want a consistent, stable routine in a beautiful residential setting rather than traveling between multiple client homes.
What You Will Be Doing Provide Personalized Daily Support:
Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their comfort and dignity are always a priority.
Create Sensory-Friendly Environments:
Implement routines that support individuals with unique sensory processing needs, ensuring a calm and structured living space.
Behavioral & Emotional Support:
Use patient, positive redirection, and communication techniques to support residents through various behavioral challenges and emotional regulation.
Meal Preparation & Nutrition:
Prepare healthy meals and snacks tailored to specific dietary requirements or textures, assisting with feeding as needed.
Light Housekeeping & Organization:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment to reduce overstimulation and ensure safety.
Community & Companionship:
Foster a supportive atmosphere through engaging activities, errands, and social interaction that honors each resident's unique personality. Driving the residents in a company-provided vehicle to community events and doctor's appointments
Health Advocacy:
Provide vital medication reminders and closely monitor health or behavioral changes to ensure the highest quality of care.
What We're Looking For:

Service:
Compassionate, respectful, and ethical.
Experience:
Previous caregiving, CNA, or HHA residential experience is a plus.
Skills:
Basic cooking and housekeeping knowledge.
Essentials:
