JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking professional, caring, and compassionate Direct Care Workers who will be trained in the art of caregiving and employed as a part of our caring homecare family.

DUTIES INCLUDE

Establishing a Trusting and Reliable Relationship, Scheduling, Planning and Accompanying Consumers to Appointments, Social Activities and Entertainment, Assisting with Rehabilitative Care, Assisting with Personal Care including, Bathing, Toileting, Grooming and Dressing, Assisting in Planning, Preparing, Feeding and Serving Meals, Organizing and Completing Tasks Outlined in the Consumer's Plan of Care, Performing Light Housekeeping, Laundry, and Grocery Shopping, Observing, Recording and Reporting Visible Changes in the Consumer's Physical, Mental and Environmental Conditions.
