Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities and household tasks
- Support community outings and social engagement
- Follow individualized care plans aligned with ODP guidelines
- Promote independence and self-advocacy
- Document progress and report concerns
- Build trusting relationships with residents
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced with adults with disabilities, preferably in residential settings
- Up-to-date with ODP residential training requirements under 6100 regulations
- Reliable, compassionate, and flexible
- Valid driver's license and safety-conscious

Schedule:
