Job Description
Overview Join our compassionate team as an In Home Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring personalized care and support. Whether supporting seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness, you will be a vital part of their daily lives by delivering exceptional care with empathy and professionalism. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Monitor patients' vital signs and observe changes in health status to ensure safety and well-being Administer medication as prescribed, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and care plans Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption when necessary Operate mobility aids such as Sit to Stand and provide safe transfer assistance for residents with limited mobility Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning tasks and infection control practices Document care activities accurately, update care plans regularly, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams Experience Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of patient care and support Experience working with individuals with mild disabilities,and memory care needs Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information Hands-on experience using assistive devices and mobility equipment Proven ability to handle lifting safely and perform physically tasks required for caregiving roles Strong background in providing compassionate patient care Join us to deliver exceptional home care that enriches lives!
