Day, Evening and Night Shifts Available Pay:

$17-$24/hour (based on experienceshift differentials) Offering a WaWa Gas Card incentive program! Full-time and part-time employees who work all scheduled shifts each pay period without any callouts are eligible to receive a WaWa gas card valued between $15-$25 per pay period, based on scheduled hours. Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, etc. for residents according to the resident's assessment and service plan (ASP). Assist residents with housekeeping and laundry services. Accompany residents on outings to medical appointments. Assist residents with activities. Demonstrate awareness of and sensitivity to the needs of residents and their families. Complete documentation of resident service logs, etc. Communicate residents concerns and needs to Resident Care Coordinator, Wellness Nurse, and / or Wellness Director. What is required as a Personal Care Aide? Must have a high school diploma or GED Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a valid and current CNA certification or willing to complete on-line care giving training once hired. Must complete annual training as required by current regulations Must maintain First Aid and CPR certification Must have excellent communications skills What makes LifeQuest unique?
