No direct support experience is required—we provide paid training and opportunities for career growth. What You'll Do Assist individuals with daily living activities Provide companionship and emotional support Help with meal preparation and household tasks Administer medications as trained Support community outings and recreational activities Encourage independence and personal growth Maintain documentation and communicate with team members
