As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities such as meal prep, errands, and light housekeeping Assist with medication reminders, managing medications, and ensuring timely administration Help with personal hygiene and grooming, promoting independence and autonomy Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers Document client care activities and progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting to supervisors as needed

Requirements:
