Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Caregiver Manager to lead our caregiving team in delivering outstanding senior care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in assisted living, nursing home, or home & community care environments, with proven management and supervisory skills. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality care delivery, and fostering a positive environment for both residents and staff. Responsibilities Lead and supervise caregiving staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of resident care. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs, including those with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with safety protocols and health regulations. Manage operational aspects such as budgeting, resource allocation, and maintaining compliance with licensing requirements. Foster a supportive environment that promotes resident dignity, independence, and well-being while addressing complex needs such as memory care or long-term care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and families to coordinate comprehensive care services. Ensure staff adherence to safety standards, infection control procedures, and documentation accuracy. Experience Extensive experience in senior care settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or retirement communities. Proven supervisory or management experience within long-term care or home & community care environments. Familiarity with dementia care strategies, Alzheimer's care protocols, and developing effective care plans. Strong understanding of operational management including budgeting and resource planning. Background in nursing or social work is advantageous; excellent leadership skills are essential. Prior experience supervising caregiving teams in group home or retirement home settings is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to handle complex resident needs with compassion while maintaining regulatory compliance. $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
