Direct Care Worker

We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to join our growing home care team. Caregivers will provide non-medical support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with mobility and transportation as needed
• Maintaining professionalism and client confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
• Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required

Hiring Requirements:

All candidates are responsible for obtaining and paying for required background checks, clearances, and onboarding documents prior to employment. Approved expenses for clearances and background checks will be reimbursed on the employee's first paycheck after successful completion of the hiring process. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others and committed to providing quality care.
