Compassionate Hospice Care Aide /

In-Home Care (Private Client) We are seeking a dependable and caring aide to assist a hospice client in a private home setting. The ideal candidate should be patient, attentive, and comfortable providing personal care and light household assistance.

Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing/showering (bench available) - at least 3x per week Shampoo and brush hair, apply lotion as needed Meal preparation and medication reminders Light housekeeping and laundry Retrieve mail from building mail room Monitor client to ensure safety and comfort

Important Notes:

Client requires gentle care due to a medical condition affecting the chest area Client should not be left alone - shift ends when next aide arrives Contact pharmacy or doctor when medications are running low Orientation will be provided by current aide

Ideal Candidate:

Reliable and compassionate Experience with hospice, senior care, or home care preferred Able to follow care instructions carefully

Pay:

$14.00 per hour
