Additional Pay Incentives:

+$2/hour weekend differential +$3/hour for couple care assignments Caregiver Responsibilities Provide compassionate one-on-one care in clients' homes Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene Offer companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with feeding Provide medication reminders Assist with mobility and light exercise Perform light housekeeping and laundry Run errands and provide transportation Follow each client's individualized Home Plan of Care Requirements Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass a background check and interview screening Prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required Skills & Physical Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Calm, flexible, and professional demeanor Professional appearance with a commitment to quality care Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs Able to navigate stairs and assist with client mobility Additional Benefits Flexible scheduling options Caregiver referral program Paid overtime Bonus pay opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment
