Direct Care Worker must have at least one year of Direct Care/Home Health experience and be able to provide two work references that can verify your employment. Must be compassionate, hardworking, reliable, and able to communicate efficiently with in-office staff. Must have knowledge of and follow 'Universal Precautions"

Employment Requirements:

One year experience (Direct Care Work). Able to provide two work references. Updated Two-Step PPD. Updated Physical.

Applicants must:

Be 18 years of age or older. Provide State ID. Possess a valid Social Security number. Lived in PA for two years prior to employment or pass the FBI Criminal record check. Have a high school diploma or GED.
