Available Shift Sunday 7AM-1PM Wednesdays 7Am-1PM -4:30PM-8:30PM Thursdays 7AM-8:30Pm Fridays 7Am-1PM- 4:30PM-8:30PM Saturdays 7AM-1PM-4:30PM-8:30PM Duties Personal care and IADL'S Companionship Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior to the agency Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality at all times Implement personalized care plans designed by healthcare teams or social workers Run errands Provide emotional support to promote mental well-being Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are mandatory for travel Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, group homes, or hospice care preferred Knowledge of patient observation, monitoring vital signs, medication administration, and safety protocols such as CPR and first aid certification preferred Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, Alzheimer's/dementia, or memory care is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed care plans accurately Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing respectful and dignified care Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Join our team if you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of those in need of compassionate caregiving.
