In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to key customers while actively uncovering and developing new opportunities to expand business. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey while turning insights into actionable growth strategies. Responsibilities Strengthen customer relationships to increase satisfaction, trust, and long-term retention
Expand share of wallet and deliver year-over-year growth through targeted commercial strategies
Improve profitability by leading contracts, pricing, and overdue management activities, provide actionable customer demand insights to support portfolio and planning decisions
Reduce churn by identifying risks early and executing retention plans Maintain a high-quality CRM pipeline that supports growth targets
Deliver accurate forecasts that enable effective business planning and resource allocation
Accelerate new business by partnering with Business Development Managers on opportunity scouting and pipeline expansion
Ensure excellent customer experience by coordinating seamlessly with Customer Service teams
Operate effectively in a coordinated, multi-point engagement model to strengthen customer outcomes
Foster internal trust by communicating clearly, meeting commitments, and driving cross-functional alignment
