BCBA- Hybrid

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) contractor to provide in-person assessments and clinical oversight for in-home and community-based ABA therapy services. Responsibilities Conduct in-person initial assessments, reassessments, and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and ABA staff Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers Complete documentation in compliance with Medicaid and insurance requirements Participate in caregiver training and parent support sessions Qualifications Active BCBA certification required Current state licensure (if applicable) Experience providing ABA services in home and community settings preferred Ability to conduct in-person assessments within assigned service areas Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Position Details 1099 Contractor Position (for the first 90 days) Flexible scheduling Competitive compensation Opportunities for caseload growth If you are passionate about improving the lives of children and families through quality ABA services, we would love to hear from you.
