Safe Hands Warm Hearts is a rapidly growing home care agency ! We are seeking a high-level Client Services Manager to oversee the operations, scheduling, and quality of care for our Kalamazoo and Calhoun counties!
The Mission:
Your goal is to ensure stability for our clients by managing a team of caregivers who work with our clients providing personal care, companionship and homemaking. You are the bridge between the client, the caregiver, and the Case Manager/Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Caregiver Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of caregivers working in scattered locations. You are not just a supervisor; you are their primary support system.
Complex Scheduling & Logistics:
Manage weekly schedules accounting for drive time, geography, and caregiver availability. You must be able to solve "call-off" puzzles quickly to ensure 100% shift coverage.
Compliance:
Ensure all care provided matches the care plan and maintaining compliance standards set by the company, especially EVV metrics.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular home visits to monitor quality of care, address client concerns, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Case Manager Communication:
Act as the primary liaison for families and external Case Managers, handling inquiries and service changes professionally.

Requirements:
Experience:
2+ years of experience in a Home Care Agency setting (Scheduling, Coordination, or Management) is highly preferred. Caregiving experience is a must!
Knowledge:
Familiarity with Medicaid home care, and HHA eXchange (or similar agency software) is a major plus.
Mobility:
Must possess a valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle. This position requires travel to client homes in the three counties
Tech Savvy:
