Be the Best Field Supervisor You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: High School Diploma or GED required 2 years of Home care, caregiving or CNA Experience Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
As a Field Supervisor, you will: Provides supervision and leadership to Home Care Aides Evaluate the quality, effectiveness and of services that are needed for each of the clients served by HCA Conduct unannounced quarterly home visits with clients that have Paid Family Caregivers to ensure the plan of care is being followed and HCA's are present during the hours scheduled. Coach, counsel, mentor and evaluate the performance of HCA's Conduct home visits as necessary, to provide hands on training and assistance Initiate and/or participate in client staffing discussion with Care Coordinator Investigate allegations of fraud and theft reported by HCA Documentation and follow up on incident reports Our Investment in You Caring for others starts with caring for you.
